A proposito di questo autore : Sono nato nel 1958 in Northamptonshire, in Inghilterra. Ha lasciato la scuola a 16 anni, senza distinzione particolare e si trasferisce in Nuova Zelanda nel 1980, dove ho poi lavorato in una varietà di occupazioni fino a quando ho iniziato a scrivere romanzi all'età di trentasette. Tre sono stati universalmente respingere, fino alla neve Falcon è stata acquistata da editori in sedici paesi nel 1999 e ha continuato a diventare un bestseller. A quel tempo vivevo in Inghilterra di nuovo e nel corso dei prossimi anni, viveva in Irlanda e in Australia prima di tornare in Nuova Zelanda, dove ora vivo con la mia famiglia nella Bay Of Islands.
