Dissertation note: Thesis (PH.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Clinical Pathology Summary: This study was applied on 60 Holstien - Fresian cows , 50 of them were suffered from infertilityOur results recorded significant decrease in some component in cows affected with endometriis as HDL - cholesterol , estradiol , T3 selenium , zinc , lymphocytes and monocytes while other parameters as LDL - cholesterol , progesterone , total leucocytic count , neutrophiles , total proteins , total globulins , alpha and gamma globulin and nitric oxide , recorded significant increase in its valuesCows with cystic ovary showed decrease in values of T3 hormones selenium , copper , lymphocytes and increase in levels of cholesterol , HDL - cholesterol , LDL - cholesterol , neutrophils and monocytesOn the other hand cows affected with smooth inactive ovary recorded decrease in progesterone , estradiol , T3 selenium , copper , zinc , total proteins , globulins , alpha globulin
