This study aims to study the effectiveness of fluid therapy management of children with diabetic ketoacidosis. The study included 106 children with DKA who were admitted in the Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism Unit (DEMPU) at Children`s Specialized Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017. The study showed that DKA children who received 0.67% saline had shorter duration of acidosis& lower incidence of hyperchloremic acidosis than who receive 0.9% saline
