Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.)-Cairo University, 2023. Summary: Background: One of the most crucial methods for assessing clinical competence at the undergraduate level of nursing education is the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE). During the clinical exams, nursing students frequently endure a range of stresses that may either directly or indirectly affect how well they perform. Aim: This study aimed to investigate undergraduate nursing Students' Perception of Quality of Managing Objective Structured Clinical Exams and its relation to their exam stress and achievement. Design: A quantitative descriptive Correlational design was utilized. Setting: faculty of nursing Cairo University. Tools: Four tools of data collection were used from solicited sample 705 students from undergraduate Nursing students embroiled in various Nursing specialties, levels that completed the OSCE exams within a certain semester at faculty of nursing Cairo University. Result: The mean scores perception of OSCE performance, organization, qualities, and overall quality of managing OSCE exams was highly rated by nursing students. In addition, the overall mean score for the occurrence of stress throughout the semester levels, were ranged from moderate to high. Also, among nursing students at the second educational level, there was a highly significant relationship between students, GPA, and overall quality of managing OSCE, as well as between GPA and Perceived OSCE Exam Stress. Conclusion: The stress level of the OSCE exam and overall GPA are influenced by how well the study participants perceived quality of managing OSCE. Recommendations: Practicing mock exams with appropriate feedback for the optimal OSCE performance for better achievement in OSCE exams. In addition, Redesigning OSCE laboratories for effective conduction of OSCE exams. Summary: يعد الفحص السريري الموضوعي المنظم أحد أهم الطرق في تعليم التمريض لتقييم كفاءة المهارات السريرية في المرحلة الجامعية. ويعد الإعداد الجيد للفحص السريري الموضوعي أمرًا حيويًا لكل من أولئك الذين يجرون التقييم ولراحة الطلاب.و إذا تم استخدام الفحص السريري الموضوعي المنظم بشكل فعال ، فيمكن أن يساعد الطلاب على اكتساب الثقة للتعبير عن مهاراتهم السريرية التى حصلوا عليه أثناء تدريبهم السريري في الاختبار.
