This study was conducted to study the response of eustoma plants to different media types, plant growth regulators, acclimatization and molecular DNA fingerprinting using tissue culture technique as rapid micropropagation tool. Results showed that the best survival rate of sterilized explant was obtained when using NaOCl at 1.0% for 15 min. It recorded 100% survival rate. MS media at full strength gave the best growth characters and multiplication rate as compared to the media of LS, B5, CHU and N and N. 2iP was the best growth regulator when used at the rate of 1.5 Mg / l with the highest multiplication rate as compared to other growth regulator substances including BA, kin and TDZ. The highest significant number of shoots was 19.33, produced by 1.5 mg / l 2iP growth substance at the 3rd subculture, followed by 16.33 shoots resulted by 2.0 mg / l at the 3rd subculture. The same results were obtained for number of leaves and fresh weight. NAA, 2,4 - D and IBA combined with kinetin resulted in callus induction and regeneration of eustoma plants
