Cancer treatment is upon combination mostly of more than one drug that can act simultaneously on different targets. Therefore, the development of different multi- targeting anti-cancer therapies is of an importance nowadays in attempt to increase efficiency of chemotherapeutic agents and reduce adverse events. Tamoxifen (TAM) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator, which is mainly used for treatment of hormonal positive breast cancer.Simvastatin, an HMG-COA reductase inhibitor with impressive antitumor effects on several models of animal tumors and cell lines
