The present study was perforned to evaluate and compare between different modes of dialysis in hemodynamically unstable patients with acute kidney injury S.L.E.D versus C.V.V.H.D.Conclusion : SLEDD is a well- tolerated and feasible RRT modality in the majority of critically ill patients with AKI. Within the limits of this observational study. SLEDD has comparable hemodynamie tolerability to CRRT
