During the screening for new pharmaceuticals derived from plants, Essential oils were found to produce a great variety of medicinal properties, cosmetics and food flavorings uses. Cumin and coriander essential oils are aromatic herbs from the apiaceae family. They originate from the Mediterranean region and India but have been neutralized on most continents
