The personal data (age and sex), clinical details and pathological data pertaining to these patients were retrieved from the medical records department of Kasr ELEiny Medical College Hospital, Results: the results of the study revealed that there was no statistical significant difference between PD-L1 in immune cells and other patient parameters as (sex ,tumor staging and metastasis), correlation between the existence of lymph vascular invasion (LVI) and immune reactive score(IRS) of PD-L1 in tumor cells among the studied group showed a statistically significant correlation, where cases with strong IRS for PD-L1 showed highest predilection for lymphovacular invasion
