Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Orthopedic Surgery Summary: Purpose: To manage and evaluate different types of distal ulna fractures by different methods of fixation. Methods: thirty patients were recruited diagnosed with distal ulna fracture. They were all subjected to open reduction and internal fixation.Patients were also evaluated during the postoperative period for complications. Results:according to mayo wrist score 86% of patients were satisfied and 14% were unsatisfied
