Conventional coronary angiography is considered to be the technique of choice for the diagnosis of in-stent restenosis, the latest generation of multidetector (multisection) CT scanners, which offer a smaller voxel size , faster rotation speed , and reconstruction per gantry rotation ,provide an appealing alternative for noninvasive luminal assessment in patients with chest pain after coronary stent placement
