This work aims at evaluating the efficacy of intracameral bevacizumab injection in regression of rubeosis iridis in neovascular glaucoma. A prospective study was conducted on 25 eyes of 25 patients with rubeosis iridis. Intracameral injection of bevacizumab was injected for all patients. Iris flourescein angiography and specular microscopy were performed to all patients preoperatively and postoperatively
