The subintimal arterial flossing with antegrade retrograde Intervention 2SAFARI3 technique improves acute technical success when initial antegrade attempts at recanalization have failed. The retrograde approach is effective for successfully recanalization of chronic total occlusion of lower limb peripheral arteries inpatients with critical limb ischaemia
