Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of General Surgery Summary: Prospective clinical study. After axillary lymphadenectomy in conservative breast surgery for early breast cancer, Axillary seroma formation is a constant postoperative event requiring aspiration despite using a suction drainage.
