This work aimed to investigate the effect of different laser sources (He-Ne and Ar) on improvement of sweet basil growth and yield separately or combined with nano metal oxides (Fe₃O₄, ZnO and TiO₂) and humic substances (HS) application. The obtained results illustrated that the sweet basil seedlings which cultivated from wet seeds and treated with the combined application of pre-sowing He-Ne laser irradiation, 30 mg/L of iron NPs (Fe₃O₄) and humic substances at (1 ml/L) significantly enhanced all measured traits, as well as they have the optimum yield of herb and the highest amount of oil compared to the other types of nano metal oxides
