Antilcukemic, L-glutaminase-free-L-asparaginase was extracted, purified and characterized from fusarium sporotrichioides in this study through the following plan. Mycobiological screening revealed that ten fungal species were isolated from minced meat sample and aerosols in the atmosphere of meat market, of which F. sporotrichioides was the most potent L-asparaginolytic fungal species either in quantitative or qualitative assays
