Effect of root dentin moisture on the bond strength and adhesion of bioceramic sealer / Mona Taha Mohamed Ghandour ; Supervised Salsabyl Mohammed Ibrahim , Geraldine Mohammed Ahmed

By: Contributor(s): Material type: TextTextLanguage: English Publication details: Cairo : Mona Taha Mohamed Ghandour , 2014Description: 78 Leaves : charts , facsimiles ; 30cmOther title:
  • تاثير رطوبة عاج الجذر على قوة الربط والالتصاق لمواد سد قناة الجذر الحيوية السراميكية [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Available additional physical forms:
  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Endodontics Summary: Showed in middle segment, that group (D) showed the statistically significantly highest mean push out bond strength (8.650 MPa). Wet group showed the statistically significantly lowest mean push-out bond strength (3.691 MPa). The result showed in middle segment, desiccated group (DS) showed the statistically significantly highest mean shear bond strength (0.814 MPa). There was no statistically significant difference between group (D) and group (W); both showed the statistically significantly lowest mean shear bond strength values. Bond strength of Endosequence BC differs according to the root canal level whether middle, or apical. Canal final preparation size may influence the bond strength values in different root canal levels
