This study was to compare and evaluate the effect of different irrigating techniques on the sealing ability and adaptability of resin sealers. One hundred and five extracted human permanent single rooted teeth were selected. Teeth were divided according to different irrigation techniques into three main groups, Group Ї: plastic syringe irrigation technique, Group ЇЇ: passive ultrasonic irrigation technique, Group ЇЇЇ: NaviTip Fx brush irrigation technique. Each group was subdivided into three subgroups according to resin sealer used. Subgroup A: EndoRez resin sealer, subgroup B: Ez Fill resin sealer, subgroup C: AH Plus resin sealer. Mechanical preparation was carried out using hybrid technique, canals were irrigated using 5ml of 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid followed by 5ml of 5.25% NaOCl. Roots were obturated using cold lateral condensation technique
