Those patients were treated and followed up for at least 6 months post operatively to evaluate their post-operative wrist function and performance compared to other normal wrist joint in the form of evaluation of ROM, Grip strength and mayo modified wrist score. And evaluation the union in the form of x.ray assessment at 2, 6 and 12 week. Our results favor the use of distal ulnar hook locked plate in fixation of distal ulnar fractures due to the better functional outcome and lower rates of complications in our series
