Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Radio-diagnosis Summary: In our work , we examined patients with urinary tract lesions by multiple techniques , with special emphasis on the urinary bladder lesions where we correlated the efficacy of each technique in reaching the diagnosis . According to our study ; the sensitivity of CTU or CTV alone in detecting small bladder tumors 5 mm or less was 57 % and 71 % respectively , less than that reched when we combined both techniques together , so we cannot propose either one solely as a replacement for the conventional cystoscopy study
