Dissertation note: Thesis (PH.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Medicine - Department Of Andrology and S.T.Ds Summary: the present study aimed to evaluate the effect of clonidine therapy on semen parameters of 120 infertile patients (60 patients with azoospermia and 60 patients with severe oligoozoospermia) and 30 fertile males as control group and showing partial GH deficiency as diagnosed by clonidine stimulation test 43 oligozoospermic patients and 45 azoospermic patients showed abnormal clonidine stimulation test while all the 30 fertile subjects showed normal test
