Manual therapy clearly had a positive effect on chronic low back pain and was better than medical treatment, bed rest, and instructional information. Pre test post test design was used. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of selected osteopathic techniques on chronic lumbar dysfunction. Sixty patients suffering from chronic lumbar dysfunction of both sexes participated in the study
