It is known that laparoscopic surgery induces many hemodynamic alterationsOf which , hepatic hypoperfusion is receiving great attentionThe cause of such hepatic under perfusion is multfactorial and includes direct surgical manipulation , packing , positioning , effects of he pneumoperitoneum and loss of hepatic arterial buffer response The aim of this study is to shed light on the effect of different anesthetics (isoflurane , sevoflurane and propofol) on hepatic perfusion during laparoscopic procedures
