The present study was conducted to compare between two different treatment options of mandibular implant retained prosthesis in completely edentulous patient using CBCT evaluation. The treatment modalities are; Group A: who received implant overdenture retained with locator attachments and Group B: who received anterior fixed implant retained bridge combined with posterior removable partial denture by precision attachments. The results of the present study revealed statistically significant differences between the overdenture groups and the combined groups in radiographic evaluation. We concluded that the implant overdenture and the anterior fixed implant-supported bridges are both viable options for the treatment of the completely edentulous patients showing comparable results after one year follow up. However, long-term clinical studies areneeded for the combined group to achieve more reliable results
