Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelinating disease of the contral nervous system, and it is considered one of the commonest causes of non-traumatic neurological disabilitiy in young adults. Impaired upright postural control and fratigue are considered the most common symptoms affecting people with MS, with reports of fatigue ranging from 50% to 85%, and impaired balance up to 87.9%
