Primers G-18 and B-12 showed the least similarity coefficient (35.29% and 42.86% respectivly) so can be used as specie-specific markers. which act as markers for authenication , GLC andlysis of unsaponifiable matters revealed that n-tetracosane in P. nigral L. leaves (9.65%), n- docosane in P. alba L. leaves (14.62%), and n- octacosane in both P. nigra L. bark (8.85%) and P alba L
