The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of balance training on stability and foot functions in cases of chronic unilateral plantar fascitis. Twenty-eight patients were assigned randomly to 2 equal groups (control and experimental). The control group received the traditional physical therapy program in form of ultrasound, stretching exercises, and strengthening exercises
