This study aims to investigate using e- learning (distance education) applications and quality of technical education. Through the theoretical background and questions of the study problem, the researcher formulated two main hypotheses, to evaluate the relationship between the use of distance education (e-learning) and the quality of technical education. The researcher conducted, surveyed, developed a questionnaire and distributed (152) survey forms to collect data from third-year students at the Technical Institute of Nursing in Dar Ismail, and the data were analyzed and hypotheses tested. This study dealt with the impact of the use of distance education applications (e-learning) on the quality of technical education in the health sector, an applied study on third-year students at the Technical Institute of Nursing in Dar Ismail, and in the theoretical framework through what was included in the administrative literature, as well as the practical side through what came out of the questionnaire through the analysis of the sample of answers about the variables of the study. The results of this study were reached through the data collection tool (questionnaire) as a tool to collect field study data from third-year students at the Technical Institute of Nursing in Dar Ismail in a final form consisting of two main sections, as there is no section in the study related to demographic characteristics because the third year students at the institute are in the same academic stage and have the same age And the same sex and the same experience, and the first section is related to the independent variable (distance study) with its three dimensions (distance education applications, networks, social distancing).
The second topic is related to the dependent variable (the quality of technical education) in its three dimensions (student satisfaction, service provided, competitiveness) at the Technical Institute of Nursing in Dar Ismail (study sample) and through the study of factor analysis of these dimensions and the extent to which they represent distance education, the results showed that there is also a statistically significant relationship between the statement of e-learning applications at a 99% confidence interval, there is also a statistically significant relationship between the network statement at the 99% confidence interval, there is also a statistically significant relationship between the social distancing statement at the 99% confidence interval, there is also a statistically significant relationship between the student satisfaction statement at the 99% confidence interval and there is also a statistically significant relationship between the service delivery statement at a 99% confidence interval, so we must test factor analysis for this dimension. In addition, it is clear that the average variance extracted for the competitiveness dimension The importance of following up and evaluating the results of the application of its methodology and its three dimensions are e-learning applications, follow-up, evaluation and improvement of the quality of networks, as well as follow-up and improvement of the quality of service provided to students and circulating the message to all technical education institutes, whether nursing or professional in general. The importance of conducting a feasibility study to try to introduce new applications that serve e-learning such as the metaverse as a new method that can be applied due to the success achieved in developed countries, as well as the introduction of other applications such as the Zenus program, which also proved successful in the field of distance education, and comparing the resulting costs.
