The purpose of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of pulsed dye laser 585 nm in localized plaque of morphea and its effect on the number of dermal dendritic CD34 - positive cells , Factor XIIIa - positive cells and blood vessels number in the skin biopsy specimen
