Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is an entrapment neuropathy of the median nerve at the wrist. It is one of the most common peripheral nerve disorders. To compare and determine the effect and optimal dose of low level laser therapy used with energy densities 2, 9, 15 j/cm² on motor and sensory distal latency of median nerve and on hand function in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome CTS
