Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease that attacks the CNS. The majority of patients initially present with a relapsing remitting course (RRMS), where at some point, most RRMS patients progress into secondary progressive form (SPMS). The diversity of MS courses is not well correlated with the current biomarkers. Therefore, this study aimed to assess ROCK2 concentration and the expression profiles of miR-300 and miR-450b-5p in Egyptian MS patients and evaluate their relation to clinical parameters. Additionally, their potential use as novel prognostic biomarkers for MS was also analyzed. ROCK2 level and miRNAs expression were evaluated in the serum of 74 MS patients (39 RRMS and 35 SPMS) and 10 healthy controls (HCs) using ELISA and qRT-PCR, respectively
