Measurements plan and device selection. Assessment of complications of type B aortic dissection indicating intervention. Endovascular deployment of thoracic aortic stent-graft. Reversal or improvement of complications of type B aortic dissection.Follow up CT angiography 1 month, 6 months and 1 year post procedure. All cases presented and analyzed to highlight the details of this method of management, procedural challenges and how we manage the intra and early post procedure complication.
