Exercise was recommended as non invasive way to get rid of extra weight and consider one of the main methods in managing obesity this study was to compare between exercise versus orlistat therapy on body fat in anaemic obese women on selected parameters including anthropometric parameters, fat percentage and hemoglobin level (Hb) in anaemic obese women
