The histopathological findings recorded here showed a macrobiotic change and vacuolar degeneration with individual aluminum chloride or aluminum chloride plus zinc sulphate in both digestive glands and ovotestes cellsIn aluminum chloride plus zinc sulphate treated groups , the seminiferous tubules showed focal disorganization , reduction , pyknosis , vaculization and finally hypospermia and inhibition of spermatogenesis of the seminiferous epithelium
