However, IVM remanis a challenge in mammalain species, and has only been achieved with limited degrees of success. A number of homones and growth factors have been reported to after the in vitro maturationof oocytes. In the present study, we have investigated the effects of gonadotrophic hormones and insulin - like growth factors I (IGF-I) on the in vitro maturation of rabbit oocytes
