Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.)-Cairo University, 2023. Summary: 24 healthy and 22 participants with bilateral flexible flatfoot volunteers from both genders were recruited. Hip joint position sense was evaluated by digital inclinometer, hip extensors and abductors strength were assessed before and after fatigue protocol by hand held dynamometer, and dynamic balance was assessed using Y balance test. All tests were carried out for the dominant leg in both groups for comparison. The current study suggested that the fatigability of the hip extensor and abductor was higher and negatively affected the strength in flatfoot subjects. The accuracy of hip joint position and dynamic balance appears to be lower among those individuals. which must be considered in clinical evaluation and treatment. Summary: اجريت الدراسة على ستة واربعون شخصا (24 شخصا سليما و 22 شخصا يعانون من سقوط القدم اللينة في كلتا القدمين اعمارهم تتراوح من 18-30 سنة من كلا الجنسين). تم قياس قياس قوة العضلات قبل وبعد برنامج اجهاد لعضلا مفصل الفخذ الباعدة والباسطة بواسطة جهاز مقياس القوة باليد ، قياس الحس العميق عن طريق المقياس الرقمي، وقد تم اختبار التوازن الديناميكي عن طريق اختبار Y للاتزان الديناميكي. كل الاختبارات اجريت على الساق المهيمنة . الدراسة الحالية توضح ان اجهاد عضلات الفخذ الباعدة والباسطة وتاثيره السلبي على قوة هذه العضلات اعلى عند الاشخاص الذين يعانون من سقوط القدم اللينة. كما ان دقة تعيين زاوية موقع مفصل الفخذ والتوازن الديناميكي اقل بين هؤلاء الاشخاص. وهذا يجب ان يؤخذ في عين الاعتبار عند التقييم ووضع الخطة العلاجية.
