Out of 150 fish and seafood samples twenty samples were identified as clostridium perfringens type "A" (alpha toxin) using multiplex polymerase chain reaction (MPCR) and detected cpe gene with percentage of 15% and 20% using uniplex PCR and SYBR green real time PCR, respectively. Staphylococcus aureus coagulase gene was detected in 12 fish and seafood samples using uniplex PCR, detection of staphylococcus aureus enterotoxins B (seb) gene in one sample and Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxins C (sec) gene in other two samples using MPCR. In addition, detection of staphylococcus aureus enterotoxins A (sea) gene and staphylococcus aureus enterotoxins D (sed) gene in another two sample using SYBR Green real time PCR from thirteen examined fish and seafood samples. SYBR green real time PCR more sensitive, qualitative and quantitative to rapidly detection clostridium perfringens and staphylococcus aureus their toxins genes directly from fish and seafood
