Summary: The current research aims to identify the reluctance of university and higher education students to enroll in scientific specializations in the State of Kuwait (a case study of Kuwait University and the College of Basic Education - Kuwait). The current study relies on the descriptive approach with the aim of revealing the reluctance of university and higher education students to enroll in scientific specializations in the State of Kuwait. By applying a questionnaire to a random sample representing the original population of the study to determine the factors and reasons for the reluctance of higher education and university students to enroll in scientific specializations in the State of Kuwait, in order to find out the reasons for the reluctance of higher education students to enroll in scientific specializations. The research tool applied to both Kuwait University and the College of Basic Education.
