Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Electronics and Communication Summary: This dissertation proposes a new implementation and design analysis of a low - distortion high - efficiency class - D audio amplifier. The proposed architecture depends on the selfoscillating, ISMC technique to avoid the need of complex overhead circuitry typically needed in other architectures to compensate non - idealities of practical implementations, and to guarantee robust operation and to overcome the drawbacks of conventional sliding mode controller
