Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) is a meticulous factor of liver disease and one of the most important health issues worldwide . Egypt has the highest prevalence of HCV in the world with an average of approximately 13.8% in the general . Six major genotypes are found throughout the world where genotype 4 is most predominant in Egypt . HCV contains tow envelope proteins E1/E2 which is responsible for the virus entry and contains two hyper variable regions characterized by a high rate of mutation during replication
