Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Physical Therapy - Department of Physical Therapy for Cardiopulmonary and Geriatrics Disorders Summary: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of buteyko breathing technique on patients with bronchial asthma . Forty patient with bronchial asthma participated in this study their age ranged between 30 to 50 years . They were divided into two equal groups . Group (A) recived buteyko breathing technique (BBT) and the medication prescribed by the physichian while group (B) didn't perform any physical therapy program just their medications presdribred by the physician
