Hotel maintenance management objective is to ensure the perform of its facilities, equipment and assets. The main framework highlights the importance of CMMS software to plan maintenance programs to ensure assessed reliable risk-based assessment. The findings of the case studies revealed that some of the Egyptian hotels not yet using the CMMS, it revealed that most of the hotels using CMMS preventive maintenance workload was dominated to equipment{u2019}s while the guestroom still required more preventive maintenance work
