Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) can result in significant mental and physical symptoms, specially muscle weakness, abnormal walking mechanics, balance problems, spasticity, fatigue, cognitive impairment and depression. We aim to evaluate relationship between cognitive functions and gait. Errorless learning is one of the most successful memory rehabilitation approach. Objective: To determine the effect of Errorless learning approch on cognitive functions and its consequences on gait parameters . Patients and Methods: : Thirty MS patient from both sex, Their Age ranged from 25-45 years old, Expanded Disability Status Scale (S.D) was from 1- 4,5. The patients were assigned randomly into two equal groups Control group (GI) treated by Selected physical therapy program and Study group (GII) treated by Same program in group one in addition to errorless learning approach. The physical therapy program was conducted two sessions per week for successive two months.Assessment of cognitive function was done by rehacom and Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination- Revised [ACER] while assessment of gait parameters were done by biodex gait trainer
