This thesis studied impact of ENP and AA agreements concluded with EU, study tracks FDI entry-mode of european companies for M and A on Egyptian enterprises registered in Egyptian stock market, namely after the ENP and AA entered into force, thus for the period (2005-2010) while study whole period is 2000-2011 to cover studying the economics of EU as trade and investment partner of Egypt. Thesis analyzed the volatility of heavy dependence on FDI and studied the ambiguity regarding 2must control or influence of foreign of FDI 2and no time limits of business ties or transferring ownership web. This all gives importance to national funding and domestic finance access of mega projects combined to protect sustainability of national investments. Thesis presented three case studies tracking the end-station of the Egyptian enterprises acquired by European enterprises and its impact in term of Egyptian national interests. Thesis suggests to manage FDI policies internally for development on long term with not risking the future ownership identity and dependency risks
