Nanobacteria (NB) is a certain type of bacteria having size ranged between 200 - 300 nm. Recent evidence suggests the role of nanobacteria in a number of human diseases, including gall bladder stone, arteriosclerosis, carotid artery calcification, chronic prostatitis, arthritis, and renal stones formation (calcium oxalate and carbonate). Remarkably, the pathophysiology of renal stones cannot be justified via crystallization processes alone. In the present work, we searched for nanobacteria from 10 aseptically gall bladder stones. The spherical units in the carbonate apatite kidney stones were similar in size and morphology using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The isolate was cultured in liquid and solid media, tissue culture cells and was detected by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Finally we evaluated the effect of various types of plant extracts and oils (20) on NB isolates
