In our study we aimed to evaluate retrospectively the indications and the spectrum of histopathological findings of percutaneous ultrasound - guided renal (PRB) biopsy during a 10 year period as well as to analyze specific groups of renal patients. Patients and Methods: All cases of percutaneous renal biopsies (PRB) performed between 2002 and 2012 aged between 2 months and 18 years with available enough data in the filing system were studied. Demographic data, indications for renal biopsy, and histological diagnosis were obtained from their files
