Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Computers and Information - Department of Computers Science
The secrecy and authentication of information is an important issue when users and organizations depend heavily on cloud systems in everyday tasks, so it is important to overcome traditional password weakness by using multifactor authentication techniques like one time password. This thesis proposes a new one-time password authentication cloud service named OTPAAS (One Time Password as a Service) that is based on a new secure hashing function named BTSKHF (Basheer {u2013} Tarek {u2013} Salwa Keyed hash function). The BTSKHF depend on an enhanced structure of the RC6 block cipher algorithm. This service can integrate with any business organization so that it reduces the cost and burden of developing an authentication technique for the organization
