Ethiopia and Sudan have proposed different plans for hydropower and agriculture development projects , which could affect Egypt by changing the Nile inflow to Lake Nasser in terms of quantity as well as quality . Some projects with high probability of implementation have been selected to examine their effects on Egypt , basically on the ability to fulfill Egypt's annual water share according to the 1959 agreement
