Clinicopathological and histopathological studies were applied on dogs as experimental animals , for evaluation of ischemia reperfusion injuryIn this study the dogs subjected to intestinal and renal ischemia reperfusion injury and the results revealed that ischemia reperfusion injury caused hematological changes as relative polycythemia , leukocytosis with neutrophiliaIn addition , increase in the serum ALT , AST , ALP , LDH and Amylase activities , and also increase serum concentration of P , urea , creatinine , globulins and CRP were observedHypercoagulability were marked to ischemia reperfusion injuryThe histopathological alteration observed in ischemic organs and other parenchymatous organs supported the clinicopathological changes , tissue injury and multiple organs failure were produced by ischemia reperfusion injury
