Egyptian airports company still using a manual system for keeping the inventory record. Manual system wastes time, tedious and inconsistent. So, the aim of this thesis is to develop an inventory system to get rid of the difficulties and problems of managing inventory while providing accurate data. Using the inventory system we record all items{u2019} data, location, photos, and quantities. It also improves performance and maximizes productivity by facilitating inventory operations such as checking, adding, and distributing, transferring, searching, and effective reporting. Moreover managing items{u2019} transactions through an effective barcode system. It also enhances annual inventory cycle count and makes it more efficient. It improves both speed and accuracy using handheld data collector to reduce the amount of human intervention and consequently the risk of data entry errors. Incorporation of appropriate inventory management system plays an important role in determining the financial health of any entity. In the present work, a task is undertaken to find out relevant items that need stringent inventory management in EAC.Since it is difficult to apply proper inventory control model for each item separately because of its huge variety, it is necessary to find out few significant items using {u2018}Selective Control{u2019} method. ABC and VED analysis along with SDE analysis are done.The analysis presents the state of the current inventory management. Following the desire of the management, AVS study is also undertaken.Rigorous indent control and consumption control are strongly recommended for items that has maximum financial impact and high importance for operation process.Thus, applying inventory analysis to make sudden inventory of stocks is based on a scientific basis not on random selection of varieties
